A tribute-reunion of the iconic metal band Pantera took place two days ago. The band's founders, Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul, have passed away, but their legacy lives on. Pantera shook up the metal scene in the early 90s with their southern-style album Cowboys From Hell and continued to impress for 13 years. Phil Anselmo, the vocalist, became an inspiration for many metal fans with his screaming style, while Dimebag Darrell was a virtuoso on the electric guitar. Even the famous progressive rock band Dream Theater played tribute to Pantera, although their performance was not well received.
